ArcGIS for your iPhone/iPad

ArcGIS for iOS extends GIS to the iPhone or iPad and allows you to navigate maps, collect and report data, and perform GIS analysis. It's very easy to setup and can browse existing map galleries from ArcGIS.com or use GIS services such as ArcGIS Server to display your own map layers. We have done some testing using the iPhone to display our own very high resolution Aerial Photography of Berri. The application works well and displays maps fast using the iPad 3g phone connection. The application has  tools to search, identify, measure, and query. Future release will allow for the collect and update of GIS features and attributes and access to geoprocessing tasks.
